Privacy Policy
How webplius.lt collects, uses and keeps your data. Last updated 28 August 2026.
Who we are
This website (webplius.lt) is operated by [Company name], company code [company code], address [address], email info@webplius.lt. We are the data controller for your personal data.
What we collect
The enquiry form. When you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, the services you are interested in and an approximate budget (required fields), plus your company name, phone number, current website address and project description (optional fields).
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data – IP address, browser type, time of request – so that the site runs and is protected from abuse.
We do not collect payment details, we do not create visitor accounts, and we carry out no profiling or automated decision-making.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To keep the site running and secure. Legal basis – our legitimate interest in a working site that is not being abused (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not send marketing emails and we do not use your data for advertising.
Who receives it
Enquiries are not stored in the website database – they are forwarded by email. Your data may be accessible to:
- Our hosting provider, on whose servers in the European Union the site runs.
- Our email provider, where we receive and keep your enquiry.
- Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google’s servers, so your IP address becomes known to Google when you visit.
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed for our correspondence and any resulting contract – as a rule up to 2 years from the last contact, after which they are deleted. Where a contract is signed, related data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. On this site they fall into three groups.
Necessary – needed for the site to work at all: remembering your chosen language (LT/EN), running the contact form and protecting it from abuse, and site caching. These are not subject to consent, because without them the site would not function.
Analytics – helps us see, in aggregate, how the site is used. Not in use at the moment: there is no Google Analytics and no comparable tool.
Marketing – used to measure advertising and show relevant ads. Not in use at the moment: there is no Meta Pixel and no Google Ads tracking.
No analytics or marketing cookie is stored unless you allow it. Although we run none of these today, the consent banner is already in place – so that if we ever add them, nothing can be stored before you have agreed.
Changing your mind. Click Cookies at the bottom of any page and the same settings open again; withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Your choice is stored in a wp_consent cookie and kept for 6 months, after which we ask again. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, under “Cookies and site data” or “Clear browsing data”.
If you would like us to delete data held on our side, email info@webplius.lt and we will take care of it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
All of these are exercised by emailing info@webplius.lt. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate – vdai.lrv.lt.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page along with the date it was last updated.
